Back to School Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
1. Promotion
The Manna Grocery & Deli Back to School Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Manna Grocery & Deli ("Manna" or "Sponsor").
Three (3) giveaway baskets will be awarded to eligible participants as part of Manna's Back to School promotion.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Giveaway Period").
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are registered Manna Loyalty Members. There is no cost or purchase required to become a Manna Loyalty Member.
Employees, officers, and owners of Manna Grocery & Deli, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings, and each of their spouses) and household members, are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
Eligible Manna Loyalty Members may receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway by shopping at Manna Grocery & Deli during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A Manna Loyalty Member who does not make a purchase during the Giveaway Period may enter by visiting Manna Grocery & Deli, and providing their name and a valid email address to a Manna associate, and requesting a Back to School Giveaway entry.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted during the Giveaway Period, regardless of the number or amount of purchases made. A purchase does not increase an entrant's odds of winning.
5. Email Address Requirement
All entrants must have a valid email address associated with their Manna Loyalty account, or provided at the time of entry.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate and current. Manna is not responsible for an entrant's failure to receive a winner notification due to an incorrect, invalid, inaccessible, or outdated email address.
6. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Back to School Giveaway basket as described in the applicable promotional materials.
The approximate retail value of each prize will be stated in the applicable promotional materials, if applicable.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except at Manna's sole discretion, including substitution of a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection
Three (3) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each person may win only one (1) prize.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted by email using the email address associated with their Manna Loyalty account or provided at the time of entry.
Potential winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize.
If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Manna may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries, or, at Manna's discretion, may not award that prize.
9. Prize Pickup
Winners may be required to pick up their prize at Manna Grocery & Deli in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Winners will receive pickup instructions when notified.
Unclaimed prizes not picked up within a reasonable time specified in the notification will be forfeited. Manna is not responsible for delivery of prizes unless otherwise stated in the promotional materials.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Manna Grocery & Deli, its owners, officers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, except to the extent such liability cannot be limited or excluded under Alabama law.
Manna is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or otherwise not received for any reason.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to Manna's use of their first name and city of residence for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation, unless the winner objects to such use at the time the prize is claimed.
12. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a prize.
13. General Conditions
Manna reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the proper operation or administration of the Giveaway.
Manna reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond Manna's reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes each entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Manna, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Official Rules
These Official Rules govern the Manna Grocery & Deli Back to School Giveaway. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any promotional materials, these Official Rules will control.
